rolando-santana: It’s interesting how people work, some excel under pressure and others work better off alone.  We as people work differently, in fact no two minds are a like.  So as I stand across the showroom looking at Rolando, I can’t help to think what’s going through his head.  If I were to stand on top of his cranium, open ‘the window’ and look into his brain all I would be able to see are shapes, numbers and thoughts of “which music should I start the show with” and “which should be the opening dress”? It’s 8:40 P.M, 2 weeks away from our fashion show and Rolando sits at his desk sketching away, trying to squeeze in a few more designs in.  He’s totally zoned in and blocks out the ruckus of sounds of the sewing machine, scissors cutting or the chatter between the interns. It’s 8:40 P.M and we got work at 6:00 A.M.  Help us!
